Hi there, my name is…

Zoé Saulnier

Intern • she/her

I provide sessions for…

☑ Adults

☑ Couples

I aim to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are. In my office, there’s room to laugh, cry, and process whatever you're carrying—without judgment. There’s no “right” way to be here; your presence is enough. You deserve to feel heard, respected, and valued.

My approach to therapy is both goal-oriented and reflective. We’ll work collaboratively to set meaningful goals, while also exploring the deeper layers of your experience. Your voice guides the process.

My perspective is shaped by years of crisis work, where I’ve witnessed immense resilience in the face of hardship. That experience taught me a core truth: life is hard, but people are tougher. I’m here to walk beside you through the difficult moments.

I have a special interest in supporting individuals through life transitions, including those related to brain injury, grief, and loss. I also work with concerns such as depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. My research focuses on improving access to psychological care for people recovering from concussion.

When I’m not in my office, you can find me…

Wandering through a thrift store, reading a good book, staying active, or just spending time with friends. When I have a little more time off, I love to travel. My happy place truly is in the mountains.

My words to live by are…

“Life is not about waiting for the storms to pass. It's about learning how to dance in the rain” - Vivian Greene
