Hi there, my name is…

Availability

Wednesday: 3PM to 7PM

I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, heal from difficult experiences, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. My areas of interest include trauma, grief and loss, emotional regulation, boundaries, shame, anxiety, self-compassion, resilience, and the ways our relationships and experiences shape who we are.

My approach to therapy is integrative and collaborative, meaning I tailor our work together to each client’s unique needs, goals, and experiences. Through curiosity, active listening, and compassion, I work alongside clients to better understand their perspectives, identify patterns, and build meaningful change.

I draw from several approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Attachment Theory, Family Systems Theory, and Mentalization-Based approaches. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive space where clients can explore their experiences, strengthen their relationships, and move toward greater self-understanding and resilience.

I provide sessions for…

☑ Children

☑ Adolescence

☑ Adults

☑ Couples

☑ Families

When I’m not in my office, you can find me…

Sharing the simple things in life with my family, reading, and connecting with nature.

My words to live by are…

"Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it."

- Brené Brown
