I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, client-centred, and tailored to your unique experiences. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and respectful space where you feel heard and empowered to work toward meaningful change. Using a trauma-informed and systemic lens, I recognize that our experiences are shaped not only by our thoughts and emotions, but also by our relationships, culture, identity, and environment. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels right for you while building on your existing strengths and resilience.

I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and systemic and multicultural perspectives to meet your individual needs and goals. I have experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, suicide risk and self-harm, and developing healthy coping strategies. When helpful, I also incorporate creative and reflective techniques to support healing and personal growth.

I provide sessions for…

☑ Adolescence (12+)

☑ Adults

☑ Couples

☑ Families

When I’m not in my office, you can find me…

I love spending time with my family and finding different ways to be creative. I enjoy listening to music, reading, colouring, trying out new recipes, and photography. In sum, any activities that gives me space to slow down, experiment, and enjoy the process of creating something. Photography is especially meaningful to me, and sunsets are one of my favourite things to capture.

My words to live by are…

"Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game." – Babe Ruth (from "A Cinderella Story")
