I am passionate about supporting queer and 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals as they explore, celebrate, and deepen their understanding of their identities, while navigating the unique challenges that come with living authentically in today's world. My goal is to provide an affirming, compassionate space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.

I also enjoy working with individuals experiencing life transitions, including emerging adulthood, relationship challenges, grief and loss, as well as those navigating anxiety and depression. I believe that periods of change, while often difficult, can also offer opportunities for growth, self-discovery, and resilience.

My research focuses on the experiences of women who have used creative writing as a coping and healing practice following trauma. This work reflects my broader interest in the many ways people make meaning of their experiences and reconnect with themselves.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and values-driven. Together, we explore what matters most to you and develop goals that help you build a life that feels authentic and aligned with your values. I primarily draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while continuing to expand my practice through training in Narrative Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Existential Therapy. I tailor therapy to each individual, recognizing that every person's experiences, strengths, and goals are unique.

I provide sessions for…

☑ Adults

☑ Adolescents 14+

When I’m not in my office, you can find me…

reading or listening to a good book, writing creative stories, discovering a new cafe, or attending martial arts classes.

My words to live by are…

"Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Don't plan it; don't wait for it; just let it happen. It could be a new shirt in a men's store, a catnap in your office chair, or two cups of good, hot, black, coffee." -Dale Cooper (Twin Peaks)
