Hi there, my name is…
Josephine Hendrick

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up fully as yourself with honesty, curiosity, and compassion. My approach is rooted in creating a welcoming environment where you can explore your identity, strengthen your relationships with others and yourself, and better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Together, we will work toward meaningful and lasting change. I believe there are no “bad” emotions or parts of ourselves, and I strive to meet every part of you with authenticity, gentleness, and care.
As a therapist, I balance warmth with directness. I value collaboration and flexibility, and I welcome feedback as we discover what approaches work best for you. My work is grounded in an attachment-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed lens. I am also an intersectional feminist and am committed to providing affirmative LGBTQIA2S+ care.
Whether you are navigating attachment wounds, anxiety, mood-related challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, grief, or trauma processing, I am here to support you in taking the next steps on your healing journey.
I provide sessions for…
☑ Adults
When I’m not in my office, you can find me…
Taking nature walks, reading, watching movies and live theatre, thrifting, dabbling in creative hobbies, and spending quality time with my loved ones.
My words to live by are…
“Forever is composed of nows.”
Emily Dickinson, Poem 624
This quote reminds me how important the present moment is. It’s easy to get lost thinking about the past or the future, but I feel most grounded when I remember that the present moment is where I am living.
