In my office, we connect, learn, and grow together!

I love working with adults, couples, and families, helping people navigate life's challenges, strengthen their relationships, and find healthier ways forward. I have a particular interest in supporting families through separation and divorce, co-parenting challenges, and changing family relationships.

Supporting Families Through Change

Families can be complicated, especially when relationships change. I work with parents and families navigating separation, divorce, parenting disagreements, and family conflict, with a focus on improving communication, reducing conflict, and supporting healthy relationships. My approach is practical, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that children's well-being should remain at the centre of decisions that affect their lives.

I also provide court-ordered Practice Note 7 interventions (triage, voice of the child) under the supervision of Dr. Greg Pickering, supporting families navigating complex parenting and family relationship challenges.

As the director of Strathearn Psychology…

I am passionate about creating a community where people can step back from life and set down their worries. We also believe in a straightforward and customizable approach. You deserve a place to share, laugh, cry, or feel however you need to. The struggle is real and needs to be normalized! Once we validate that, the path to better health and communication becomes easier to walk.

When I’m not in the office, I’m out in my community!

I love being with people! Concerts, plays and festivals are some of my favourite things. I also love the learning and living that comes from travel. I also spend lots of time volunteering as the producer of the Strathearn Art Walk.
