Hi there, my name is…

Jennifer MacPhee

Registered Provisional Psychologist • she/her

My office is the place for productive dialogues and lasting changes!

I am passionate about supporting individuals to manage various emotional and relational challenges. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, anger, grief and loss, and the various forms of distress experienced in relationships, such as conflict, intimacy issues, and betrayal trauma. Additionally, I have experience dealing with trauma-related issues, including acute stress reactions, PTSD, harassment, burnout, or work-related trauma. In my office, I can help you understand and connect with your emotions and form a strong, resilient sense of self and long-lasting bonds with others. I stand by my clients, no matter how challenging or complex the issue may appear.

When I’m not in my office, you can find me…

Enthusiastically organizing life's messiness — and learning anything new. I cherish spending time with my husband, kids, family, and friends. I especially enjoy walks in our community with our four-legged companion, skiing, and hiking.

My words to live by are…

"It's impossible, said pride. It's risky, said experience. It's pointless, said reason. Give it a try, whispered the heart."

To me, this quote emphasizes the power of taking risks and trying new things, especially during difficult or uncertain times.
