I am a registered provisional psychologist who supports adults seeking healing, self-understanding, and emotional resilience. With a steady, compassionate presence, I help clients explore their inner world, make sense of past experiences, and develop a more flexible, self-compassionate way of being.

My approach is relational and trauma-informed, drawing from ACT, EMDR, Polyvagal-informed practices, and Mindful Self-Compassion. Together, we may explore emotional patterns, process trauma at a safe pace, and build skills for mindful, values-aligned living.

I provide affirming, culturally responsive care, and have experience supporting members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, individuals navigating identity or life transitions, and those facing trauma, grief, burnout, anxiety, or self-criticism. Therapy is a space to reconnect with your inner wisdom, soften self-judgment, and cultivate greater ease and authenticity.

When I’m not in my office, you can find me…

Reading, doing yoga, sharing meals with loved ones, and spending quality time with family, friends, and my dog, Bud.

In Colleen’s words…

My words to live by are…

"You are the sky. Everything else — it’s just the weather."
