My therapeutic approach is action-oriented and grounded in helping individuals pursue life goals that are deeply aligned with their personal values. I have extensive training in supporting adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress and burnout, trauma, PTSD, and emotional regulation. Drawing from evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs. Together, we explore emotional experiences, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and build effective coping strategies. I offer a compassionate, empathetic, and validating space where we can safely navigate life’s complexities and work collaboratively toward meaningful healing and growth.
