Hi there, my name is…

Melanie Robinson

Intern • she/her

I provide sessions for…

☑ Adults

☑ Teenagers

☑ Couples

In my office, you’ll find a self-reflective and warm place to address your concerns!

I am passionate about building therapeutic spaces that are inclusive, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed. I have special interest and experience in supporting queer communities, those navigating self-esteem, gender, and sexuality, and individuals on the major identity journey of motherhood. In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative and empowering experience, guided by curiosity, humour, authenticity, and empathy.

Psychological services provided by Mel are supervised by Alisha Sabourin, R.Psych #5048

My words to live by are…

I tend to overcomplicate things, so my mom used to tell me to "keep it simple." This is a phrase I return to when I feel overwhelmed or like I'm not doing enough. She passed away in 2020, but her words are still with me.

When I’m not in my office, you can find me…

Drinking coffee at home, being cozy and spending time with my husband and two kids. I love reading books that deepen my knowledge of psychology and my relationship with myself — I love learning.
